Choose the kind of tea experience
The centre offers different forms of tea participation, including seated tea and scheduled tea-room experiences. Check the individual programme, price and reservation requirements. A museum ticket does not automatically include a tea session or guarantee a place.
Build a Sakai visit around it
Allow enough time for both the exhibitions and any booked activity. Pair this with Sakai Denshokan for craft and everyday objects, leaving space for lunch and the journey between them. The museum and tea facilities have different schedules; consult the selected activity’s details.
