Separate the courtyard from the paid route
The grounds and shops are not the same experience as the paid exhibition and production-viewing route. Choose the latter if making is your main interest. Factory activity and individual attractions can vary, so consult current notices rather than expecting every process to run throughout the day.
Give an activity its own time
Check availability and booking conditions before building the day around a workshop. Seasonal illuminations have their own dates and hours; ordinary daytime admission does not promise an evening programme. This is a subway outing, not a walk from central Sapporo’s other museums.
