Osaka Nakanoshima Half-Day Walk
Choose one art exhibition, walk east along the island and finish with historic architecture and tea. This route balances a substantial museum visit with time outdoors instead of trying to visit every nearby museum.

01 · Start around 10:00 · 90–120 minutes
Nakanoshima Museum of Art Osaka →
Choose the exhibition before arriving. The National Museum of Art is a nearby alternative when its galleries are open; substitute it rather than adding a second full museum visit.

Osaka City Central Public Hall →
Continue along the riverside and pause at the façade. A short public-area visit is different from a booked interior tour. Add the full tour only when its schedule fits.

Kitahama Retro →
Finish with tea and a light bite if you wish. Leave time for waiting and use the current menu to decide whether this is a snack or a larger afternoon-tea stop.

The outdoor links are not sheltered. Check the museum calendar before choosing a Monday or an exhibition-changeover date. The Museum of Oriental Ceramics is not a stop on this route: its official site reports renovation closure until around April 2027. Visit lengths and walking times are editorial estimates.
