Important show notice for 2027
The aquarium announces that sea-lion and dolphin shows will pause from 12 January to 9 April 2027 for show-pool repairs, including contingency days. Access to the viewing stands will also be unavailable. Check updates before booking if a show is central to your plans; do not assume the rest of the aquarium’s opening means all programmes are running.
The aquarium and park are separate visits
Uminonakamichi Seaside Park is nearby, but a full visit to both makes a long day. Choose one as the main attraction or start early and limit the park to selected zones. The exterior photograph dates from 2014 and does not represent the current interior displays or repair work.
