Put the city and the bay in one view.

Fukuoka Tower offers a high viewpoint over the city’s seaside edge. Choose a clear afternoon for the geography or allow time around dusk to watch the view change, then add a ground-level walk in Momochi.

09:30–22:00
Last entry
21:30; may finish earlier when busy
Admission
Paid observation-deck ticket
Suggested time

Ground-floor shops

Planned closure

Choose the view before the ticket

Cloud and haze affect how far you can see. Dusk is appealing but can bring queues, so leave flexibility rather than arriving at the last minute. The lights on the outside of the tower have a different schedule from admission to the observation deck.

Pair it with the seaside at ground level

A Momochi walk provides a useful contrast to the view above. Restaurant use upstairs requires a deck ticket; ground-floor shopping does not. Check the official floor and access information if stairs or wheelchair circulation matter for a particular dining stop.
