Museum or reading afternoon?

Decide how much of your visit you want to spend reading. A quick exhibition visit and an afternoon with manga are different plans. Check the current exhibitions and language information before buying a ticket, especially if you are coming for one particular artist.

Keep the timetable flexible

Events and workshops have their own schedules and are not automatically included in an ordinary visit. The central location makes it easy to combine the museum with the Museum of Kyoto or a coffee stop; choose one main museum if you only have half a day.
