Indoor and outdoor tea gatherings offer an introduction to tea culture in a garden setting. English-interpreted nodate takes place at the Kaboku-en gazebo.
Tea tickets are sold on the day, with no advance application or lottery. Garden entry costs extra. Nakajima-no-ochaya runs only the first five sessions, ending at 13:45; other locations continue later. Check weather notices and the session timetable before travelling.

- Tea programme 10:00–16:20 on both days; final times differ by programme. Garden closes 17:00, last entry 16:30.
- Admission
- Tea participation ¥800 per person, plus garden admission: adults ¥300; age 65+ ¥150. Other garden concessions apply.
- Tickets & booking
- Tea tickets sold at the venue on the day. Credit cards are not accepted for tea tickets; cash and listed electronic payments are accepted.
