Butterfly Practice in Fukuoka

July 18–20, 2026

I travelled to Fukuoka and joined a short swimming course at Dazaifu Swimming Club. I practised the butterfly stroke and worked on the movements that make it flow through the water.

It was a great chance to learn in a new place. I enjoyed the training and came away wanting to keep improving my swimming.
