Fussa · Sake & brewery heritage
Walk through Tokyo’s brewing history.
Historic storehouses, trees and a working sake brewery make Ishikawa Brewery a rewarding outing to western Tokyo. A short self-guided walk introduces the grounds; a booked tour offers a different level of access.

Start with the grounds
Pick up the QR-code brochure at the Sake Cellar shop to explore the historic buildings and brewing heritage. A casual grounds walk does not include unrestricted access to production areas.
Arrange a guided visit
Standard listed tours are in Japanese, with interpreting restricted. For an English tour, email the brewery well ahead; replies may take up to a week. Confirm availability before making a fixed itinerary.
Leave time for a meal
The grounds include restaurants and a shop. Check each venue’s hours separately and reserve restaurant seats when recommended. We suggest combining the brewery with a relaxed Fussa outing.
