Find the floor for your visit
Start with coffee and the bakery on the first floor, explore tea on the second, or visit the cocktail bar on the third. The fourth-floor lounge hosts events and seminars. Orders and payment are handled at each bar; check the current menu as you explore.
Check the entry guide
Busy days may use time-specific entry tickets or a waiting list. Register through the official entry guide when applicable. An entry ticket manages admission time or order; it does not reserve a seat. Special sessions and dining experiences have separate booking arrangements.
Allow an unhurried stop
Leave a flexible gap in your schedule for entry and seating. Choose a drink with the barista, look at the preparation, and pair the visit with a walk beside the river. Be mindful of neighbours when stopping for exterior photographs.
