Tokyo Yosakoi forms the October dance programme of Fukuro Matsuri. Groups perform in distinctive costumes, combining coordinated movement with music rooted in regional traditions.
The principal area is around Ikebukuro’s west exit. On 11 October, the programme also uses locations at Ōtsuka and Sugamo. Check the organiser’s timetable before choosing a viewing spot.
