The festival combines regional stalls, performances and children’s activities across nearby venues. Rakugo offers a cultural connection to the famous story of Meguro and sanma.
Do not arrive expecting an unreserved grilled-fish serving: applications for the advance sanma tickets have already closed. Other festival activities remain the reason to plan a visit.
